Having fun with Photoshop AI. With the birth of AI technology, it will be almost impossible to believe anything we see on the Internet. Tried to recreate the old images I captured during my cycling adventure, it still looks a bit odd now. The perspective and the lighting are not perfect, some of the objects still look very computer generated but this is only the beginning. The technology will evolve in no time. But nonetheless, it's so fun playing with this AI thingy 😂

People always taught us to look forward in life. But sometimes I love looking back, it reminds me how colourful our journey is as a creation called human. It teaches me to be grateful. It makes me smile. While I'm here in Tien Shan, I'm constantly being reminded to find beauty in everything. They say our whole life flashes before we die, I'll make sure it will be a good movie to watch.
Here in the Tien Shan mountains, it's not about the beauty of the landscapes that stunned me the most... but the feeling it gives. It gives peace. This is home... #itsbeenlong
Glad to be back here and gonna stay for a while here taking Malaysians to explore the life that lies in the shadow of the mighty Tien Shan. Able to inhale the fresh air, to hear the sound from the river, to sit on the horse saddle and to feel the heat from the horse made me feel lucky that I'm still alive and given the chance to experience all these once again.
When the Corona virus declared war with humanity, I was forced to stop travelling and began to accept my fate. Slowly I started to feel old and my body became weaker. Slowly I forgot how it feels like to become nomadic. All the doors were closing and the stars were dimming. I forgot how the world beyond the walls in my apartment in kl looks like. Everything fades away and becomes black...
My prayers were finally heard and god gave me the cure of that poison. I don't know what's the connection between me and the Tien Shan... but I slowly remember how it feels like to be young once again. Slowly my mind is instructing my body to be strong once again... and the motivation came magically. I'm a simple man. I don't need to read any of those motivation books. All I need is the mountains. When I came across my first glimpse of those towering mountains again, I just smiled and whispered to myself... "It's been long..."

After Nancy decided to join me to cycle deeper to the Taklamakan Desert from Delingha, I started to fall sick and we travelled much slower as I was feeling weak. We found many small villages that don't exist in the paper map that I bought in a bookstore back in Xining but it felt very adventurous

Practicing my fingers before inputting my melody. It's so difficult since my fingers don't sync with my brain. I have to keep repeating hundreds of times but I started to understand music theory and try to apply it. Playing only within the minor chords to trigger the emotion of the listeners... Haha im so into making music for film nowadays. Should have studied this 20 years ago not now 😂
Just a few weeks ago I guided a 10 days trip in Kyrgyzstan for Rarecation Travel. It was the end of summer, we had a very good weather... clear blue sky and the temperature was just perfect.
We had a great time together, some light hiking in Skazka and Barskoon, watching the breathtaking traditional game of Kok Boruu, experiencing the shepherd's life, witnessing the eagle hunting and the very exciting horse riding along the mountain lake of Songkul.
