You like free shows and wine and cool places don't you? Join the Californios Thursday 10/17 from 5:30-8:00 at Heringer winery, 37375 Netherlands Road, Clarksburg, CA 9561, for Delta Nights. It's a free event but you need to RSVP and get a reservation. The property is amazing and it's close, just down the road in Clarksburg. Thursday is the lead up to the weekend, the perfect evening to have some fun.

The Californios Trio will be in Locke this Saturday 9/21 playing at the Locke street fair with, among others, Forever Goldrush. Great stuff all day. Gold Rush goes on at 1 and we go on 2:30 ish. Locke is a great Saturday outing without a street fair so this will be a real fandango. Grab the kids and the hound and come on down.

Come on out Thursday evening to the Oddfellows hall in Davis and catch our show. We are stoked to be playing wit Rusi Gustafson on the kit. This will be one of the few times in, what, 15 years or so, the Californios have played with a drum kit (w Scott Carpenter at Owlfest this year being a standout example). Doors at 7:00 show at 7:30 There is no cover but a donation would be greatly appreciated. It is a great room and oh yea, there is a nice bar there. Ha!!

Are you hip to the shows at the Oddfellows hall in Davis? First Thursday of the month. Amazing acts at one of the oldest buildings in Davis and a really great sounding room...with a bar.
The Californios are playing Thursday Sept 5. Doors at 7:00, Show at 7:30. It is donation only. Join us. It's a great scene at a great sounding room.

Plenty of fun coming up this weekend. Vincent and I are playing at Morgan's Mill in woodland Friday 7/27, 6:00 start I think
And the Californios are playing at Sac Yard Saturday night 7/27, 5:30 start I believe. At Least that's what Dan said. Ha!
Both shows are free. You can bring the kids, or not. If you haven't been to Morgan's Mill let me tell you it is very nice. On Court street easy to get to

Join us for the Sacramento Camera Swap Sunday August 4 at 10:00 am at Two Rivers Cider, 4311 Attawa Ave. It's $20 a table to vend but free to attend. All types of camera gear are welcome. It's indoors out of sight of the burning eye and there will be frosty cider. There are rumors of coffee and donuts as well.
Tell a friend, it's going to be fun.

It aint getting any cooler next week, unfortunately, but we have a solution for next weekend. The Californios are playing two days in Bolinas!! Friday 7/12, 8-11 and Saturday 7/13, 5-8 at Smiley's Schooner Saloon. Come join us. You will probably need a sweater. Sounds good don't it.

Are ya makin plans for the weekend? Here is something for you. This Saturday 12/9, 7:30, the Californios are playing at the Drytown Social Club in, wait for it, Drytown! It's a fantastic old country roadhouse. That's on Highway 49 just off Jackson Highway on the way south. An easy jaunt from Sacto. And at the low price of $10 we have some new songs, the wine, and beer, are great and they have tasty food.
