L-Tel Records A New Label, signed acts include Rev D Wayne Love, Le***an Horse, Lord Beefington, Lady Shergar, Fly

The UK's premier label of discovery for the music of the spheres, drug damaged dirt, savage psychotropic nightmare sounds and equestrian fetishism. Founded in 1974 by Caleb Selah after an unsuccessful attempt to find himself in India in the late 60s, L-Tel Records broke big almost immediately with the fluke break out success of Monk Coldfish's 'Ta***ic Circumcision', a groundbreaking single song r

elease that went onto soundtrack the cult horror classic 'The Devil's Miasma. Riding the crest of punk rock by signing such classic second division New Wave bands as Elton Castrato, The Painful Exits, Studly Manchild's Brain Experience and the controversial - 'world's most promiscuous female rock band' - Slagpile. After a decade of loathsome fairlight samples, Syndrums and the kind of production values that make an 80s Michael Bolton album sound like Stockhausen, L-Tel found their way out of the dirge like, Yacht Rock and Commuter Soul Cul-de-Sac in the early 90s with the signing of shadowy experimental rock kingpin and thorn in the side of the Protestant work ethic, Le***an Horse, possibly the least prolific artist in recording music history.
