Ps: I’m super 😡 today. Some guy has hurt my friend and now she thinks she’s not pretty enough, good enough …And I am mad at myself for the moments I allowed other people to give me that feeling aswell. It’s honestly their problem that they reflect onto others🤌🏻 She’s a 10 outta 10 but she won’t hear me. The moment you care too much about what someone thinks you become their prisoner. That’s why it is important to get to know yourself - who you really are - as fast as possible and run from anyone who tries to dull your sparkle ✨ 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

My job is balcony ☕️🤌🏻🤙

I have news that are not so new but I didn’t share them yet. I’m working full time now for a simulation company and I’m really happy with the job. I do Marketing stuff, Social Media Management etc. and have 5 gaming-/simulation projects that I support towards release. I work Monday till Saturday currently due to other side projects so excuse the lack of streams, stories and replies ❤️ Getting in the flow. Miss you all though.

40 minutes HIT done ✅ 29 degrees 💦🥵 It’s all about discipline and never about motivation. ✍️

My goals for the next weeks.
🤙Hitting the gym more often again.
🧘🏼‍♀️Meditation (started yesterday again with a yoga session that I ended with meditation)
✍️ More journaling again

Just overall practicing more gratitude and awareness again. I am pretty good with the use of social media. I don’t mindlessly scroll or consume anymore. I also had a whole caffeine free day yesterday 😌
I just love to prove myself that it’s nice to have but I don’t need it 😊

What are your goals ?

I would love to continue with Eldenring but the temperatures are currently too crazy. Gonna continue as soon as it has cooled down a bit.

Trigger warning ⚠️

As some of you asked about my tattoo.

I have lost a lot of people in my life starting when I was a child and last year my mom had a heartattack that she luckily survived ❤️

So I have her EKG line now forever with me which shall remind me to live now, be grateful and make my decisions before life makes them for me.

Some things change you and there is no coming back to the version you’ve been before. Life can be so beautiful and so hard at the same time. It’s all a matter of mindset and resilience. The ability to see the positive in the challenges that life holds for you. Mental strength and a tool kit to pick yourself up again when life beats you down.

And even though I know it’s important to live here and now, I mostly lived in the past or in the future and was in a lot of mental and lately also physical pain. Mostly depressed and sad, scared and hopeless. And I tried to hide it and the more I tried that the more it showed at the most random moments. Always afraid of losing someone, getting hurt and unable to live without high level of fear. Subconsciously sabotaging my relationships cause I wouldn’t wanna let someone close or trust someone.

I guess it’s time to finally grow up and face my fears

1 and a half years ago I decided to go see a therapist to help me deal with my old wounds, triggers and trauma which had and still has a lot of impact on my everyday life. I have changed and lost myself a couple of times and found myself again and lost myself again. Crazy ride.

So yeah thanks for reading.

What does your self care routine look like ?

I started the last 2 days super active with Yoga yesterday and HIT today. The last weeks felt incredibly productive and I also focused a lot on proper sleep, fitness, nutrition and meditation
It’s crazy how I need all those steps to feel on top and resilient and kind of prepared for life.

Got important stuff done aswell such as taxes stuff ✅😊

I never had that feeling 🥹 I cannot even imagine how that would feel. Am I wrong haha. A racing heart rate counts though right? 🤔
