In today's episode, we meet my friend Craig Daliessio. Craig's life has been an intricate tapestry of challenges, resilience, and the enduring power of hope, woven together by the threads of God's unwavering grace. His childhood was marked by an absence of love and acceptance, leaving him yearning for emotional connection and belonging.
Gratefully, he had a grandma who would teach him Sunday school songs and read the Bible with him. And so from a young age, Craig always felt a connection with God.
As if his childhood trials weren't enough, Craig faced financial ruin during the housing market crash, losing his job and home. For years, he was forced to live in his car, battling homelessness and the harsh realities of life on the streets.
Throughout this relentless onslaught of adversity, Craig never lost sight of hope and sought solace and guidance in his relationship with God. During his time living in his car he wrote five books and he believes God is using them now to give others hope even in their adversity.
