R.O.S.E.S (Reaching Out Supporting Every Sister) is an organization that was founded by Rose Smith on March 21, 2010. Smith who is also an Author, Life Coach and Event Planner birthed the idea in hope of making people better from the inside out. R.O.S.E.S is centered on giving without expecting anything in return, and its purpose is to enrich women's lives through giving, sharing, uplifting and em
powering. The organization quickly gained recognition by not only promoting personal growth in women, but also within families, and community. R.O.S.E.S creates and hosts many community events such as the "Desire To Inspire" Women's Empowerment Brunch, 'A Night To Remember" Prom Program, Back-To-School Garage Sale (FREE school supplies), Meet The Author Extravaganza (showcases Texas Authors), Rise and Shine Achievement Conference, Boys To Men - Bridging The Gap Workshop, Holiday Break & Brunch, Thanksgiving and Christmas Drives to assist families. All events are usually free at offered at minimal cost so that it is affordable to everyone. Most events also offer sponsorship to assist those who want to attend but are not financially capable. This manner of thinking and giving has placed R.O.S.E.S in an elite group.
