Fabric Of Hair Educates: Negative Ions⚡️

Negative ions are beneficial for hair care and are often used in hair styling tools like ionic hair dryers and straighteners.

How Negative Ions Work:

* Neutralizing Positive Ions: Hair can have positive ions due to dryness from chemical treatments or heat styling. Negative ions neutralize these positive
ions, helping to smooth the hair cuticle.

* Breaking Down Water Molecules: Negative ions break down water molecules into smaller particles, allowing hair to dry faster. This reduces the time your hair is exposed to heat, minimizing damage.

Benefits of Negative Ions:

* Reduces Frizz: By smoothing the hair cuticles, negative ions help reduce frizz, making hair appear smoother and more manageable.

* Increases Shine: Smoothing the cuticles also enhances the hair’s natural shine, giving it a healthier and more vibrant appearance.

* Speeds Up Drying Time: Negative ions help water evaporate faster from the hair, reducing drying time and exposure to heat.

Overall, negative ions can make your hair look shinier, smoother, and healthier while also protecting it from heat damage.

Have you tried any ionic hair tools before?🤩

Fabric Of Hair Investigates: Solid Beauty Products⭐️

Solid beauty products are indeed a promising path toward sustainability in the beauty industry. These compact, eco-friendly alternatives minimize excessive packaging and often incorporate natural and organic ingredients. Here’s why they’re gaining traction:
1. Reduced Packaging Waste: Solid beauty products, such as shampoo bars, soap bars, and solid moisturizers, eliminate the need for bulky plastic containers. By opting for these compact forms, consumers contribute to reducing waste and minimizing their environmental impact.
3. Non-Toxic Formulas: Many solid beauty brands prioritize non-toxic ingredients. These conscious formulations avoid harmful substances like parabens, phthalates, and formaldehyde-releasers commonly found in conventional hair products. Instead, they use natural ingredients like vitamins, oils, and fruit extracts, which are gentler on both hair and the environment.
5. Ethical Sourcing and Transparency: Sustainable brands often emphasize ethical sourcing practices. They provide transparency about their ingredients, production processes, and supply chains. Consumers can make informed choices, supporting companies that align with their values.
7. Cruelty-Free and Vegan Options: Solid beauty products frequently carry certifications guaranteeing they are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. These labels assure consumers that no animal testing was involved and that the products contain no animal-derived ingredients.
The solid beauty revolution offers a promising future for sustainable personal care. By embracing these eco-friendly alternatives, we can contribute to a greener, more conscious beauty industry.

Fabric Of Hair Unravels: Red Light & Near-Infrared Light Therapy, Clearing Up the Confusion

Red Light Therapy
If you're like me, spending time researching red light therapy.
You have undoubtedly seen the terms red light, near-infrared (NIR), and infrared (IR) therapy used interchangeably.

However, these terms are for different sets of wavelengths that have varying therapeutic benefits.

Red Light Therapy and Near-Infrared Light Therapy:

Red light therapy primarily uses visible red light wavelengths, typically in the range of 620 to 700 nanometers (nm). It is commonly used for skin-related conditions and surface-level treatments. The red light stimulates cellular energy production, aiding in tissue repair and rejuvenation. It can also promote collagen synthesis, improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles, enhancing blood circulation contributes to overall skin health.

Near-Infrared Light Therapy:
Near-infrared therapy uses longer wavelengths (around 700 to 1200 nm) that pe*****te deeper into tissues. It targets tissues beneath the skin surface, making it suitable for deeper conditions. Near-infrared light reaches deeper layers, aiding muscle recovery and joint health. It helps reduce inflammation and pain. Similar to red light, it supports cellular repair processes.

In my opinion, both therapies have distinct applications, and their effectiveness depends on the specific condition being treated. While red light therapy focuses on surface-level concerns, near-infrared light pe*****tes deeper for more profound effects. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any light therapy regimen.

Black is not just a color; it’s a universe, A canvas where history’s brush strokes blend, In the sun’s embrace, melanin blooms diverse, A testament to resilience that will not bend.

Celebrate your melanin, dear soul, For it carries the whispers of ages past, The rhythm of drums, the tales untold, In every shade, a masterpiece is cast.
So wear your melanin like a crown, Let it shimmer, glow, and fiercely ignite, For within its depths, magic is found, A love letter written by the cosmos each night.

Fabric Of Hair Celebrates BLACK HERSTORY: CHERYL ADRIENNE BROWN, THE FIRST BLACK WOMAN TO COMPETE IN THE MISS AMERICA PAGEANT👑

In 1970, Cheryl Adrienne Brown was the first African-American woman to compete in the Miss America pageant.

Born in New York City, to a Port Authority officer and a hospital clinic manager, she grew up in Queens with three brothers. Brown studied dance as a child and attended LaGuardia’s performing arts high school in Manhattan. Her first success in beauty pageants came when she was 13 years old as the runner-up in New York’s Miss Teenage America.

In addition to her studies, Brown found time to work as a professional model. She opted to attend Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, choosing the school because "my family is fifth-generation Lutheran, and my minister recommended the college to me," according to an article in The New York Times.

Brown first won a local pageant, which allowed her to compete for the state title. On June 13, 1970, she beat out 19 contestants for Miss Iowa. "I'm glad I'm Miss Iowa instead of Miss New York," Brown told The New York Times. "I had more of a chance of being judged for myself in this part of the country. The racial issues are too intense in New York."

Brown's win in Iowa was not without controversy. Some were upset that she was African-American while others thought a native Iowan should have won. Brown didn't let any of the criticisms bother her, though she did note intense security was provided during pageant rehearsals.

As Miss Iowa, Brown competed in the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City in 1970, performing a ballet number for the talent portion of the contest, though Phyllis George ultimately won the competition to be crowned Miss America 1971. Brown enjoyed the rest of her reign as Miss Iowa, even joining some other contestants for a USO tour to visit the troops in Vietnam.

According to newspaper reports, Brown later married and settled in Georgia. She has worked in the financial sector for more than 25 years and has two children. Reflecting on her groundbreaking appearance in the Miss America Pageant, Brown said in a Quad-City Times interview, "I feel that my presence expanded people's minds and their acceptance. And, in subsequent years, they were much more open to African-American candidates.

Hello Friend,
I was introduced to a game changing, business opportunity. I thank GOD for allowing me to be bold enough to take the leap of faith and made a $200 investment with a $2 a day ($60/monthly overhead). I did it because I love to travel and it just made sense.

I didn’t think 🤔…what If it doesn’t work…People are not using travel agents/agencies…my thoughts were…I didn’t need anyone’s opinion nor did I need anyone’s validation…I know the GOD that I serve and that he would never leave me nor forsake me!🙌🏾
Period.🤩

And guess what I found:

1. I get to travel more, and now on a whole other level…as a merchant as opposed as a consumer. Luxury!!💎

2. I get to earn my own commission because, I’m booking through my own credentials, which comes with my business. ✅

3. I will receive a 1099 for my business. 🧾

4. I get to partner and build rapport with the same travel suppliers I would use anyway allowing somebody else to receive that built in commission.

3. While I had no certified experience, there was none required…I get online trainings, webinars certifications, in person events and all the support I need from millionaires and multi-6 figured income earners, who pour into me and educating me on what is required to have success in my business. 📈

4. What I also found was I would have the opportunity to duplicate, helping others do the very same thing, building wealth and having the opportunity to work for greater towards success (If that makes sense). With the best part being, that I can leave my legacy to my children and my children’s, children ( that’s in the WORD)! 🙌🏾

5. I have began a new journey working on my personal development, growth and changing my mindset to a whole different level.

6. I have that faith of a mustard seed… I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me…I forgive myself for settling all these years. 🤎

7. And while I still work my career of over 30 years all over the world 🌎
I have great joy in knowing that I am now investing in me! 😍

This was something I’d manifested…didn’t know to what extent it would be but I wrote down my vision. So when it was presented to me, Again, it just made sense! The pieces came together. I said, “Lord, this has to be you!” 🙏

The moral to the story is…manifest it, take the leap of faith and Bet on You!

If you would like to learn more, feel free to inbox me.

This business is not about me, it’s about helping YOU!❤️🙏🏾🙌🏾

Fabric Of Hair Educates: The Amazing History Of Black People With Naturally Blonde Hair
The Melanesians are the world’s only natural black blondes.
Naturally, blonde hair is mostly associated with white or caucasian people. However, there are groups of dark skin people that also possess blonde hair. They are called “Melanesians”.
The name “Melanesia” was first used by Jules Dumont D’Urville in 1832 for a particular group of islands that were distinct from Micronesia and Polynesia. Melanesians are indigenous inhabitants of Melanesia, a group of Islands located in the northeast area of Australia.
Within the Melanesian Islands, there are countries such as Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, and Solomon Island.
The Melanesian people are well known for their unique physical features: naturally blonde hair and beautiful dark skin.
The blonde hair is a spectacular point of interest that is common amongst 5-10 percent of the indigenous population.
The mystery surrounding the blonde hair of the Melanesians
Over the years, there have been many assumptions and postulations on how the Melanesians got their blonde hair. While some scientists ascribe it to be a gene flow from European traders and explorers that visited in the past, the local people have insisted that they got their blonde hair from constant exposure to the sun and their rich fish diet.
Every attempt to link their hair to foreign influence or dealings with foreigners is constantly debunked.
Further research has also revealed that the particular variant responsible for blonde hair amongst these inhabitants of the Solomon Islands is absent in the European genomes. This result also aligns with another genetic study that confirmed that the Islanders who are very dark-skinned, possess a homegrown gene, that makes their blonde hair quite different from that of the Europeans. The human characteristic of blond hair evolved naturally and independently in equatorial Oceania.

Fabric Of Hair Affirms: Cultural Resurgence of Cornrows⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the primary reasons for the rise in popularity of cornrows is the global cultural resurgence. As societies become more diverse, there's a growing appreciation for different cultures and their unique expressions of beauty.

Cornrows, with their African roots, are a symbol of cultural pride and identity.

They represent a celebration of African heritage and history, which has been embraced by people of all backgrounds.

The spread of cornrows can be attributed to the African slave trade. During this period, millions of Africans were forcibly taken from their homes and brought to the Americas, where they were subjected to brutal conditions and forced to work on plantations.

Despite the hardship they faced, African slaves were able to maintain their cultural traditions, including their hairstyles.

Cornrows soon became popular among African-Americans, who used hairstyles as a form of resistance against their oppressors.

The hairstyle was a way of asserting their cultural identity and expressing their pride in their heritage.

Fabric Of Hair Tip: Why Add Volume to Your Hair

Whatever your hair type, you've likely dealt with a lack of volume at some point or another.

Whether it's your hair is straight, or your curls are weighed down, or just simply didn't have time to thoroughly wash your strands, limp locks tend to shows it's undesirable head when one least expects them to. Creating a need for voluminous body building products like shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins and uplifting stylers.

But when I say volume, I don't mean the a teased out hair-doc of the 1980s. Rather, subtly, natural-looking hair volume, that can make hair appear healthier, shinier and thicker. This simple add on can even step up the hair drama for any grand entrance.

Volume in your hair can help to enhance the overall silhouette. In my opinion most of the time, volume can be something that can complement height, and the overall fierceness of any hair style, giving the the hair that uplifting polished appearance.
