Got Kinda Lost Records-previously an imprint of Guerssen Records (Spain)-named after the song by ex-Big Star founder member Chris Bell, is a Chicago-based label curated by Jeremy Cargill (Ugly Things Magazine) whose purview lays within archival and reissue work specializing in the realms of proto-punk, pre-'76 and Beatlesque power pop, private-press hard rock, "out of time" sounds and their modern

exponents (forthcoming Guerssen collaborations will be under the Got Kinda Lost Archives imprint). Stay tuned for the launch of GKL imprints Sweet Lilac Recordings (era appropriate psychedelic music-be that rock, funk, soul, country, folk, etc.-early singer-songwriters, country-funk and their modern exponents) and Funk Fuzz Records and Tapes (West Coast-centric hip-hop reissues, rare grooves and their modern exponents).
