Indulge in the heavenly delight of No-Bake Baileys Chocolate Pie - a dessert that's sure to satisfy your sweet cravings! 🍫🥃
Ingredients:
1 9-inch (23 cm) prepared chocolate cookie crust
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (120 ml) Baileys Irish Cream
8 ounces (226g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Irish whiskey (optional)
2 cups (480 ml) whipped cream, for topping
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped bittersweet chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and Irish whiskey (if using).
In a separate bowl, sift together the unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared chocolate cookie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until the pie is set.
Before serving, top the pie with a generous layer of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
