Homemade Sweet & Tangy Pickled Beans 🥒✨
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dill seeds
Instructions:
Trim green beans and arrange them upright in sterilized jars. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and dill seeds to each jar.
Heat vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until boiling. Stir until dissolved.
Pour brine over the beans, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace. Seal jars tightly.
Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 48 hours before enjoying.
