Ingredients:
1 9-inch (23 cm) prepared chocolate cookie crust
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (120 ml) Baileys Irish Cream
8 ounces (226g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Irish whiskey (optional)
2 cups (480 ml) whipped cream, for topping
Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Directions:
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped bittersweet chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and Irish whiskey (if using).

In a separate bowl, sift together the unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared chocolate cookie crust.

Warm up with a bowl of homemade Creamy Lobster Bisque - it's like a hug in a bowl! 🦞🤗

Ingredients:
2 lobster tails (8-10 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup brandy
4 cups seafood stock
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:

Begin by cooking the lobster tails. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the shells turn red and the meat is cooked through. Remove the lobster meat from the shells, chop it, and set it aside.

In a large pot, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Add the minced garlic and tomato paste. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the seafood stock, bay leaf, paprika, thyme, and cayenne pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.

Directions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and confectioners' sugar until well mixed.
Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the mascarpone mixture until smooth.
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate and mascarpone mixture until well incorporated.
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso and coffee liqueur (if using).

4 ciabatta rolls
1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil

4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Directions:

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set it aside.
