Dear friends! I would like to ask you something, you all who have liked my journalistic page here. Since last year Januari, so almost one and a half year now, I have been sending out my weekly newsletter 'Expert Kurdistan' every Sunday. It is packed with, well, news, obviously, from all four parts of Kurdistan, but offers much more: an exclusive comment every week, cultural tips, new releases of books and academic research from or about Kurdistan, new music, expositions (as they start again!), and packed with links to reliable sources for more info.

My audience is growing steadily, and what is even better: current subscribers are very happy with what they get because the statistics whow that 75-80% of subscribers opens Expert Kurdistan every week or almost every week. That's high in newsletter country :-)
Will you join the club? It's a winwin situation. You solve the problem that you do want to follow Kurdistan but don't always seem to find the time or get confused about all the sources and different Kurdish groups and parties. Besides that, you pay a few coins for journalism, which you know is good. I get happy ebcause I have more readers who are willing to support my independent journalism. I know you like what I do and probably consider it important, because if not you wouldn't be here :-)
Expert Kurdistan is especially great for people who (want to or need to) follow Kurdistan but don't always find the time: activists, academics, journalsits, think tank folks, policy makers, members of civil society groups, human rights activists, politicians, you name it.
My newsletter costs only $5.50 a month (that's 4 editions!) of $55 a year, and in both options, you get one newsletter for free. I don't send my newsletter fro free because I want to be radically independent, so I don't opt for advertisement or sponsorships. I rely only on you, dear readers!
