Ah, se a moda pega… A Apple foi condenada a indenizar um consumidor da cidade de Xapuri, no interior do Acre, em mais de R$ 8 mil, por danos morais e materiais, pela venda de um iPhone sem carregador. A decisão é do juiz Luis Gustavo Alcalde Pinto, do Juizado Especial Cível da Comarca de Xapuri, do dia 12 de abril.
O juiz considera que houve venda casada (quando o consumidor só consegue adquirir um produto se também levar outro) pelo fato de que não é possível a utilização de uma entrada USB qualquer no carregador. Além de também considerar uma ofensa aos direitos do consumidor, previstos no Código de Defesa do Consumidor. A decisão ainda cabe recurso.
