Sid the Sloth Sid the Sloth from Ice Age Sid's voice over is by John Leguizamo. Sid is clumsy, has a lisp, dorky, funny, sarcastic but yet loveable character.

These characteristics are what make him so great. Sid's first film was the first Ice Age, which came out in 2002. In the first film Sid learns how to start a fire:) In the second film, that came out in 2006,he stars in, Ice Age: The Meltdown, Sid calls himself "Fire King" and is worshiped by mini sloths who copy him but end up trying to sacrafice him. In the third movie, Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Si

d adopts three little eggs that turn out to be baby T-Rexes. He bonda with them and gets greatly attached to them, but in the end Sid must let me them go to their real mother. Dawn of the Dinosaurs came out in 2009. Now the fourth film, Ice Age: Continental Drift, is still in the making but will be coming out in 2012:D
