Having worked as a TV-journalist and reporter for a German TV channel for almost a decade, I have told hundreds of stories about people from all different walks of life.
Once I became a mom, my focus changed completely. I started documenting our son growing up, producing videos of his everyday life that I edited and shared with our family and friends in Europe. They were nuts about them. Being able to see in which neighborhood he lives, what his favorite playground looks like etc. made them feel being closer to him. They could hear him laughing, crying and babbling and see him crawling & falling :). These moments show the beauty of real, unscripted family life and love.
Instead of feeding the TV channel, I started my own business producing videos of newborns, babies, toddlers, kids and the tall people they come with. My style of videography is documentary: authentic and honest like all my reports and films have always been when I worked for TV. My goal is to show children & their parents interacting naturally with each other. Cuddles, kisses, tears - I capture everything.
When you watch these videos 25 years from now, they will tell you not only what life looked like, but how it felt. They will make you smile and make you feel.
