The media can help reduce crime in this country by reporting facts about what happens in court. People will be informed and educated and the stories can stop them from committing crimes. So many stories are not reported. But if you start at the criminal committal court- you will be shocked about the type of crimes committed. Cyber crime is a new one. Hi

I’m sending this to PNG authors and readers I have had contact with (but there could be one or two outside in my view) to let you know I am expecting to visit Port Moresby in the first week of September. I’m looking forward to getting back as have not been back since COVID shut down international travel.

So I’m looking for expressions of interest from any authors interested in a one day workshop 6 or 7th Sept probably, which will look at preparing their manuscript for publication, regardless of how they wish to publish it. It could also be a good time of getting together with other authors and I’m open to consider addressing any other critical topics which will help PNG authors.

I have no details of venue or costs (which would be kept at a minimum) as it will depend on how many people interested. Can you and any others you may know interested just email me to advise you are interested to attend. If there are other interested writer groups that wish to co-sponsor the event, I am very happy to work together. Thanks.
