Walnut High School Political Journal -Inksight Team We are a non-partisan group of high school students keeping the student body and community updated on current events and popular trends.

As a group of teen activists, our purpose is to keep the school and community updated on local, state, and international news. Because of media and propaganda, people have the tendency to automatically label themselves and allow others to speak for them. Our objective is to provide the necessary tools to allow students to construct outlooks based on facts. Students often assume that political s

cience and current events are confusing. This is largely due to information given through only one perspective. Finding reliable sources is difficult--that’s where we come in. Members of Inksight learn to unravel the truth, express public and personal opinions, and educate in a diplomatic style.
