The non-regulatory plan aims to guide future restoration and conservation efforts in the watershed, which encompasses parts of Douglas and Okanogan counties. The plan's ultimate goal is to preserve water quantity, quality, and aquatic habitat. Elliott emphasized the importance of local representation and information from Bridgeport, the most populated area in the watershed.
