CANCER-KICKING PARTY! Giving $10,000 for the animals is how we celebrate.😻 6 yrs ago this month, I got radiation for the stupid endometrial cancer that doctors warned had a 50/50 chance of killing me in 18 months. The holiday season often makes extra demands on our time and on our emotions. For animal rescuers, it can be an especially challenging period, trying to keep meeting the critters' needs along with everyone else’s. Hope we can all find time for our own needs too… like plenty of rest.
