My son (8): “You know, my mom’s a writer.”
Friend (also 8): “What is she writing?”

Oh, how kids keep you grounded 😂🙈 I’m excited to share that after more than two and a half years of learning the craft, writing, editing, rewriting, revising, a couple of rounds of intense developmental editing, feedback from 6 amazing sensitivity beta readers, constructive critique from my Lisbon writers group, some painful rejections, an existential crisis every other week, imposter syndrome and copious amounts of caffeine later, my new expat women’s fiction novel ‘The Guilty Can’t Say Goodbye’ will be coming out at the end of Spring 2024 with Springtime Books in the UK!!! 🥳
