The Story Behind Podcasting for Coaches

Hi There! I’m Britany Felix and I’m a Podcast Launch Consultant.

That means I walk people through the process of starting a podcast of their very own!

My journey to this point started all the way back in October 2015 when I listened to my very first podcast episode and became instantly hooked.

I loved how I was able to consume content from my favorite influencer no matter where I was or what I was doing.

I was stuck in corporate at the time and was absolutely miserable.

I’d tried all sorts of things in hopes of workng for myself and most of them failed miserably. But, just one month after listening to that first podcast episode, I decided to start one of my own.

Prior to selling it in the Spring of 2018, I hosted the Living Unconventionally podcast where I interviewed people who’d left behind a traditional life to travel the world full-time (aka ... my dream lifestyle).

During that time, I discovered I had a knack for podcasting ... and others did as well.

It started out as a friend asking if I could edit and produce her show because she just didn’t have the time and she really liked how mine sounded. That led to editing more and more shows for other people until I was able to start doing it full-time in October 2016.

In the past four years working full-time in the podcast industry, I learned that what I really love is helping people discover the power of podcasting by starting one of their own and who I really love to work with womxn who’re coaches and consultants who’re building their dream businesses and lives; while impacting countless others.

So, that’s what I do. :)
