Ronald Noble, founder of RKN Global, established the Noble Newspaper to provide news about crime, terrorism and corruption in one place so that the public can easily keep up to date on these important areas. Noble, who was INTERPOL Secretary General from 2000-2014, founded the Noble Newspaper in 2016, but its roots go much further back. Noble’s experience of over three decades in public service--
including as the chief enforcement officer for the US Department of the Treasury and at the helm of INTERPOL—have shaped and inspired his belief that in our modern, interconnected world, law enforcement cannot fight crime alone, but crucially needs its most important partner: the general public, including the public and private sector. This ethos led to increased public/private partnerships and educational endeavors as means of fighting crime during Mr. Noble’s tenure at INTERPOL, to the founding of his company RKN Global, which produces security products for use by the public and private sector to fight terrorism and crime, and to the establishment of the Noble Newspaper to more widely disseminate crucial information in these areas to the public.
