Positronic Digital is the record label of Australian DJ and Producer Jaytech, a way for him to give more of the music he loves to the people that love it. "It’s a passion project; a way of releasing the tunes that excite me, without trying to fit within any preconceived notion about how electronic records should be written." Our aim is for Positronic to have a recognisable sound; something we own, something unique.

“I started work on these tracks a year ago, and I’ve actually played fans “finished” versions of the EP on previous episodes of my radio show“, he says. “I ultimately decided to hold off on releasing them as I was excited about the musical story they tell, and I wanted to up the ante and double down on the quality of this first of our next 50 releases“.

The Starflight EP is out today on Positronic. Three tracks from me and three awesome remixes!

It's a release I've been testing and tweaking throughout my travels this year, and all three remixes come from Japan based artists: Conures, SKAWZ and Codeswitch.
