authoring access to the carolinaonline.org website. To be a participant of the Carolina Online project, one must be a facebook fan of t
he organization, or a member of the carolina online group. Members will be able to openly post blogs, events, commerce, political views, concerns and any other message that the group as a whole or individually wishes to convey in regards to the interest of living in North or South Carolina. We will also use the Jabberfy social voting technology to ensure that only popular topics, profiles and articles receive top placement based on the content's popularity among the Carolina group.
