I love how these printable treat bag toppers can be used with a variety of candy. Because of their neutral tones, you can use them with candy that will add a pop of color OR you can pair them with candy that will play off of the word "rolled". Like tootsie rolls or rolos!

But the very best part is that they emphasize the true meaning behind Easter and remind us of how Jesus died for our sins but He did not stay in the grave! He's alive!

I'm not sure one can ever be prepared for their child to get behind the wheel and venture off by themselves. But ready or not, it's happening. I've cried many times today but the Lord keeps reminding me to trust in Him to take care of Gracen. And that's what I am going to do. I will fail but He, in His kindness and mercy, will remind me again to trust Him!

I am so proud of the young man G has become. Believe me, it is not because Warren and I have been perfect parents but because our perfect Savior has done a work in his heart and life in spite of our failings. My heart is so grateful!

Side note: I spent three hours on this cartoon drawing of G today and just when I was about to finish, my app had a glitch and I lost most of what I had done. I was so upset! I asked God to please bring it back so that I could send it to my boy. Then I remembered that the app records a time lapse of every drawing. I downloaded the recording and was able to screenshot it just before the point of it getting erased. My God is faithful and cares about even the smallest of things.

Re{MARKER}able School Year...YES Please!!!

Gift tags do not always have to be tied on with a string. To make this cute little "gifty", I cut a strip of card stock that coordinated with the tag and wrapped it around the markers and then attached the gift tag on top with a piece of rolled up tape. I have tears streaming, my fist pumping, and my heart is bubbling over with so much thankfulness! I JUST SET A NEW RECORD in my business by hitting 500 orders in one month in my Etsy shop! March is usually my lowest month of the year yet here I am on the last day of March having had my best month EVER! Do you know what I have to say about that? Hey y’all! Shelly here. I am momma of three and I am loving the mom-prenuer life!! I began Chevelly Designs back in 2015 as a creative outlet for myself. I found out that I really loved using my creativity (maybe a little too much...haha) and wondered if I could turn this love into a legit business. In 2018, I decided to just go for it. I quite my full-time job as a preschool teacher at a local Christian school and dove head first into growing my business. And I’ve never looked back!
