TEXT: Genesis 17:1-6, 2KINGS 4:20-26, ROMANS 10:8-11
TOPIC: THE CONFESSION OF FAITH.
Faith is the expectation base on the knowledge of God.
Habakkuk 2:4 said that the Just shall live by faith, so as children of God we should have faith in God.
Wonders is one of the major characteristics of Faith, that means no matter the type of circumstance you will still in believe for your wonders to come pass.
Confession is a vital force of obtaining result. Anything done without faith is base less.
Hebrews 11:1 said "Faith is the substance of things hope for and evidence of things not seen.
2 Corinthians 5:7 without substance there will be no Faith. It is what we believe, we will produce.
POINT 1: EXPLANATION OF FAITH AND REASONS:
The Holy Spirit explained Faith as the substance of things hope for and evidence of things not seen.
The substance and evidence of our Faith is that there is God.
If your can believe like Abraham no matter the circumstance, no matter our age, God will surely bless us. Only believe and it will come to pass in your life.
Philippians 4:19, Hebrews 11:29.
If we are believing God for anything, there is evidence in the Bible that with God all things are possible.
You must confess your sins and forsake them so that God will bless you 1John 1:7.
When you make confession of your faith, you will intimidate the devil. Always confess what you believe.
In the Bible, we have all kinds of evidence of people who believed in God. Genesis 21:1-6, Genesis 12:1-3, Genesis 17:1-6, Hebrews 11:1-8. God called Abraham and told him to walk before Him and be blameless.
The work of God in our life is accomplished in Christ, all we need to do is to believe and confess them to come to reality.
POINT 2: CONFESSION OF FAITH.
Fear and Faith can never exist at once in someone's life. Resist the spirit of fear in your life and confess your faith.
Faith is very important in the life of a Christian.
