The Tampa Rays will officially be staying put in St. Pete for the foreseeable future.

The Rays will start building their stadium of the future sometime in 2025 with hopes to be ready by the 2028 MLB season.

This means you have a little over 3 full season to check off Tropicana Field of your stadiums to visit if you haven’t been yet. The trop, as it’s referred to by many, is the only TRUE domed stadium left in MLB.

The Canadian National Anthem 🇨🇦🎤

For the first time on our stadium tours we hear the Canadian National Anthem. The intriguing part was the same guy sang both the USA and Canada anthem and did a great job with both.

Foul net for a foul pole?! 🤷‍♂️

One of the neat things about touring MLB Stadiums is all the little quirks you can find at each venue.

This was at the Rogers Center in Toronto Canada, home of the Blue Jays. We’ve never seen a foul net along the 26 Stadiums we’ve toured until now.

Tim Hortons Field • Hamilton ON Canada

Home to the Canadian Football League’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Nicknamed “The Doughnut Box” this stadium holds a capacity crowd of nearly 30,000 people. It’s a multi use stadium with many Soccer matches being held here as well.

This place was electric when we visited on a Saturday night. Horns, flags, chants and tons of unique fan characters cheering on Hamilton to their first victory of the season.

This stadium is only a hour and a half drive from the Toronto Blue Jays Rogers Centre.

The Roberto Clemente Bridge in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania crosses over the Allegheny River and leads right to PNC Park.

This bridge used to be nearly fully
covered in locks for many years or as they were tabbed, “love locks”.

This old tradition is now in the past as officials are asking folks to stop adding locks to the county owned bridge.

The OFFCIAL end of an era in Oakland.

The Coliseum, starting next season, will no longer be hosting the Oakland Athletics. The team owners have elected to move all home games to Sutter Health Park in Sacramento California from 25-27 with the hopes of the new Las Vegas Stadium being built and ready by 28.

This was by far the stadium with the rowdiest crowd we’ve ever been to in our stadium tours so far.

The city of Oakland has already lost the NFL Raiders, the NBA Warriors and starting next year the MLB Athletics.

Fountains & Baseball ⛲️ ⚾️

Kauffman Stadium isn’t the only MLB Stadium with water fountains, but they sure are the biggest and best we’ve seen so far!

Kansas City does it right and are known for their dancing fountains in the outfield.

Our first ever Soccer match!

Some MLS action between Minnesota and Salt Lake City did not disappoint. The stadium was very nice, had a plethora of food options and was rocking all night long.

“Gallagher Square” Petco Park - SD CA

Located outside the outfield wall, but inside the Petco gates (so you do need a ticket on Padres game days), Gallagher Square is a grassy area of approximately 2.8 acres. It contains a mini little league infield diamond, trees, a statue of Padres greats Trevor Hoffman & Tony Gwynn, and lots of area to sprawl out to picnic and play. Bring a blanket!

A very unique park inside the park area that we recommend for you to checkout if making the visit to the San Diego Padres home park.

Most expensive parking in MLB? $50

Petco Park in San Diego California is home to the San Diego Padres and the highest parking fee we have seen during our MLB stadium tours so far.

The parking is roughly 1 1/2 city blocks from this exterior picture of the stadium and entrance gate (right field / 1st base corner)

The boys of summer would like to give a shout-out to Coach John Beilein for being named a class of 2022 National Collegiate Basketball HALL OF FAME inductee!!!

Coach was extremely kind to us as we toured the campus on route to Comerica Park. We got a full tour of the Basketball facilities as well as some nice Michigan apparel that day thanks to Coach.

Coach is also a HUGE STL cardinals fan and that definitely gave us something to chat about for a while.

Congratulations Coach!!

Red seat - Chase Field - Phoenix Arizona

If you are heading to Chase Field make sure to visit the left field concourse seating area.
The only red seat in the stadium sits here and there is a really neat/heart warming story behind it.
