Last year same time economists were shouting over the roof saying Stagflation.

Posted below cover story by Business Today magazine. They are still sticking to the same tune, even though they know negative GDP growth and inflation are due to supply side disruption due to lockdown.

Both demand and supply have bounced back based on various parameters seen so far including Manufacturing PMI, automobile sales, export improvement extra. But they still want to say stagflation. smh

Two wheeler manufacturers' plan to pocket 10% GST cut as their profit, fails as GST council hasn't reduced the tax rate for two wheelers. Earlier reduction in corporate tax was not passed on to the consumer either.

Good decision by the govt and GST council.

But the earlier hype around tax reduction helped increase their share price though.

The problem is if they try to sell the same rubbish quality phones again then even nationalism can't save them. This includes their TV as well.

If we see what their top management says, they are not talking about quality even now. 🤷‍♂️
