Happy October witchessss ! Halloween is my FAVORITE time of year. Of course this year will be a little different... it certainly is spooky times. At least I have my old Halloween movies to play on repeat. Starting with Hocus Pocus and Beetlejuice.

When you mix emotional eating with a pandemic, depression and your menstrual cycle. The dolce vita for me, includes a pound of chocolate cake and finished jar of nutella. Of course I included strawberries... gotta stay healthy. I am still feeding the black stray kitten (Salem Sabertooth) I hope he stays on my porch today to stay out of the storm. He should stop being shy and just become my house cat... 🌙

I need to get back into fitness but I also need to mentally kickbox with my ego. Yes, do you talk to yours? Ego is the bodyguard who is a too extra, doesn’t let you meet new people, try knew things, listen to what you don’t agree with etc. Why? Because EGO wants to keep you the same since you survived it before. Now leggo your eggo! Tire Ego out, put yourself out there, explore another end of an argument whatever it is that makes you and Ego uncomfortable is what will propel you forward. Now I want waffles... I should go for run though.

Anyone who thinks COVID “isn’t real/serious” wants to make money. The hospitals also want to make money! HMM I reckon whatever agenda you believe, it’s a hella lot less easier to JUST wear a FRIKKIN MASK. JUST WEAR IT be precautious. I would rather wear a mask for the next 5 years than be quarantined and jobless for the next 2 years. Just think about it. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. Why don’t you leave your sunroof open because a bunch of people said that they left their sunroof open and it didn’t rain how about you do that for a few months and get back to me.... thanks

Well it feels like the end of the world, so naturally we went to spend our 1 year anniversary in Montauk, the End Of the World. It was beautiful, refreshing and magical. I think I got the reset I desperately needed. I kind of wish I could live there. Everyone took the rules seriously, masks were worn, they sanitize everything. This area makes all their money for the year in 3 months of summer so it was sad to see these small businesses struggle. But glad to be able to support them and I hope they will make it through these difficult times. (I put my mask in my pocket for this video. )
