Saddle Hills County Receives Funding for Water Projects

In August, Saddle Hills County announced it had been awarded an additional $22.7 million in grant funding from the provincial government through the Water for Life Grant Project.

This is additional partial funding to help complete phases 1 and 2 of the Central Peace Regional Water Project—a collaborative effort between the G5 municipalities of Birch Hills County, the Municipal District of Spirit River, Saddle Hills County, the Town of Spirit River and the Village of Rycroft.

Move Up is a regionally-cooperative business and lifestyle magazine that promotes Northwestern Alberta's business sector, the opportunities within and the unique lifestyles of the people who live and thrive here. Distribution of Move Up is done provincially and beyond--at industry trade shows, conferences, in welcome wagon packages, business attraction packages, travel agencies, hotels, airports, tourist information locations and more. Of the 15,000 issues printed, 12,500+ are direct-mailed to residents, homeowners and businesses in Northwestern Alberta.
