33-year-old Daniel Cully went missing from Holdenville, Oklahoma on June 17, 2022. His sister dropped him off near Holdenville Lake at around 1pm. He said he was meeting up with people for a job opportunity there at 7pm.
Daniel has not been seen since. He has not been in contact with anyone and has not been on social media since the 17th.
Daniel several tattoos including a dream catcher on his left arm, “Native” across chest, “Skull” on abdomen, and Warrior” with a feather hanging from the W on his right shoulder, bear claw in flames on upper left shoulder, “out of sight” & “out of mind” on calves.

Bianca Carrasco went missing in 2016, and since then has not contacted any family, used or renewed her nursing license, or accessed any accounts. Her case is UNSOLVED. In honor of Bianca’s birthday, her family, friends, and advocates want awareness that she is still missing and that justice has not been served. I rarely miss a deadline but next week’s episode will be out later in the week. Life has been a lot recently and I considered taking the week off. But the case I’m covering is so important to talk about that I don’t want to put it off. It’s one that will make you angry but also hopeful at the work done by the family to save the next person.

Brandy was just 13 when she went missing from near Sunnyslope elementary in Phoenix, Arizona. Previous reports that she was last seen at the Smitty’s Grocery store at 10th and Hatcher are strongly disputed by newer witness statements. You can hear more details on the Crimelines episode.

Brandy has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, a denim skirt, white socks and size 6 pink and white high-top Pro King sneakers as well as thick glasses.

The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Amilcar Leiva. He is 67 and is diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. He was last seen at home in the 1200 block of Homer Ave at 1:30 PM yesterday, July 8th. Amilcar was last seen wearing a black shirt, khaki pants and black Adidas running shoes. He left home in a 2001 white Toyota Rav4 with Kansas tag, 1179AEN.

If you have seen Amilcar or have any information about his whereabouts, please call 911.

My 6-year-old woke up and said “Yay! It’s fireworks day!” Happy Fourth to all who celebrate. We always go watch the big show at a city park so we end the day with as many fingers as we started with and without unexpectedly traumatizing any neighbors’ pets. Plus it’s free, which is my favorite price for family fun. Stay safe, have fun, and may all the doggie thundershirts work their magic ❤️🤍💙

Mistrial declared in the John O’Keefe/Karen Read case.

Karen was accused at trial of drunkenly and intentionally backing her SUV into her boyfriend, John O’Keefe, resulting in his death. John was a police officer in Boston.

Her attorneys argued that she was innocent and had been framed.

The state said they intend to retry this case.

I know the family’s grief was only compounded with this case having so many questions that 12 people couldn’t resolve several of them. To John O’Keefe’s loved ones, his true legacy will be established after the media circus dies down. This national scrutiny will not last forever even though it may feel that way right now.

Today is Jacob Landin’s birthday. Though he never even celebrated his first one here on earth, he now has an entire community who remember him this day and always. And we will never stop holding onto hope that justice will be served.

Happy Birthday, Jacob. Rest knowing your family has fought for you and your brother has helped so many others in your memory.

UPDATE: FOUND ALIVE 🙏🏼 His parents have been arrested. His father Daniel has been charged with DV and his mother was charged with obstruction.

🚨 Bryson Muir, 14, was staying with his grandmother in Cleveland. She had been asked to pick him up, and when she did, he had a swollen eye, busted lip, and bruises. He claimed his father, Daniel Muir, had hit him.

Days later, on June 16, 2024, his parents and another man showed up to take Bryson back. Grandma called the police and they were pulled over within 5 minutes. Bryson was not in the car and it is assumed he was put into a second vehicle. He has not been seen since.

A visit by the Indiana State Police and the Department of Child Services was made to his parents’ residence on the property of a church called the Servant Leader’s Foundation in Logansport, IN. His parents appeared to cooperate, but Bryson was not there.

They agreed to bring him to the ISP office at a set date and time. When they didn’t show, a silver alert was issued for Bryson.

Bryson is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, 185 pounds, with black hair with brown eyes. If you know anything, call the Indiana State Police Peru Post at 1-800-382-0689, 911, or Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.

UPDATE: My heart goes out to Garland Warren’s family as his body was found. Cause and manner of death have not been determined/released.

ORIGINAL POST:

🚨 Thank you to a listener, Thomas, for alerting me to this case. Garland Warren has been missing for 2 weeks. There are two people currently in custody for having stolen his truck. They claim they took his vehicle from a ditch. At this time, the authorities are asking people NOT to actively search as they are conducting their own searches and do not want sites contaminated by foot and ATV traffic.

But there are things you can do if you live in Laurens County or Spalding County, GA or in between those points. Check your home, business, or doorbell cameras and look for a black 2003 Toyota Tundra. Garland went missing on June 10th from Rentz, GA and the truck was found on June 21 at the Dollar General on Jackson Rd in Griffin, GA. So those are our key dates for checking footage. Images are of Garland and his truck.

The investigators have found the ditch where his truck may have been, confirmed by a piece of mail with his name on it at the scene. To prevent civilian searches, the exact location has not been released.

Anyone with information, video footage, or other leads is asked to call the Spalding County Sheriff’s Office at 770-467-4282 or the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office at 478-272-1522.
