GOP chairman endorses Burroughs as successor | Fauquier Now News

Chairman Hayes' endorsement of Mr. Burroughs is full of the same old platitudes that the old guard of the Fauquier Republican Committee have been spouting for a long time.

The biggest untruth of all is that Mr. Burroughs as Precinct Organizing Chairman, did anything to secure Republican victories during the last two years. The FCRC has done nothing to Get Out The Vote; the only reason Republicans win every election in Fauquier is because the citizens are majority Republican and they vote at every opportunity.

During the upcoming FCRC canvass which will be held on April 14th at the Fauquier High School, 705 Waterloo Rd, Warrenton, from 8 am to 4 pm, there will be another opportunity for Fauquier Republicans to vote in a very important election. We urge all Fauquier Republicans to come out and exercise their right to choose their local Republican leaders.

If you want change in our local Party committee; a committee that will actually actively promote Republican ideals, we believe you should cast your vote for Greg Schumacher for Chairman.

Mr. Schumacher will bring the unity and focus that the FCRC requires to maintain a Republican Fauquier.

The faces of Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer pretty much sums up the Democrat Party reaction to President Trump's first State of the Union address.

Democrats clearly demonstrated that they are anti-everything America.
