🥇This year’s National Reined Cow Horse Association Snaffle Bit Futurity® came to a close with a story worthy of the spotlight 💫 as John Swales rode 🐴 Bowie Nights (Metallic Cat x Lil Bit Reckless), owned by Bar One Land & Cattle LLP, to an unforgettable and deeply meaningful win.

Bowie Nights was originally trained by John’s sister, Veronica Swales, before her accident earlier this year — making the triumph a heartfelt tribute ❤️ to her dedication and talent.

Together, John and the talented mare delivered a standout performance 🔥 highlighted by a 225 in the cow work, for a 662.5 composite (217.5 Herd / 220 Rein / 225 Cow) — topping the field by an impressive five-point margin 🏆

🥈Bar One Land & Cattle LLP also celebrated the Reserve Championship, with Corey Cushing riding Von Jovii (Stevie Rey Von x She Wood In Time) to a total score of 657.5 🎯

The National Cutting Horse Association/NCHA of Italy Maturity, held at CremonaFiere, showcased top performances and international talent. Riders representing several countries delivered outstanding runs, confirming the growing prestige of the event on the European cutting horse stage.

🏆 In the $50,000 Amateur Maturity, Vittoria Antonini claimed the championship aboard Sofies Choice Cat (High Brow Cat x Sofie Rey), owned by Silvia Viaggi, marking her win with a composite score of 145.

🏆 The $15,000 Amateur Maturity saw Peter Hanraths of Germany and his own Arnicat take the top spot with a score of 73.

🏆 In the $25,000 Limit Rider Maturity, Sara Giudici rode Another Bullet (Once in a Blu Boon x Smooth As A Twist), owned by Marco Salvatori, to the championship with a composite score of 145.

🏆 Impressing the judges in the $2,000 Limit Rider Maturity, Rom Yarkoni of Israel guided Vino Cappuccino (Peptoboonsmal x Mocha Cappuccino), owned by Matteo Chinaglia, to victory with the highest composite score of the division, 147.

🏆 The title in the $1,000 Amateur Maturity went to Patty Lenders of Germany, who marked a score of 73 aboard A Talkin June Bug (Smooth Talkin Style x June Bug Dually).

🏆 Rounding out the champions, Martin Kaspar of the Czech Republic captured the Novice Riders Maturity aboard his own TR Smokin Merada (Dual Rey TR x Cats Smokin Merada) with a score of 70.

🏆 The National Cutting Horse Association/NCHA of Italy Maturity continued in CremonaFiere with exciting results as the Non Pro Maturity Champions were crowned.

Taking top honors, Katona Imre of Hungary rode his own One Alley Cat (High Brow Cat x Nod N Smile Baby) to victory with an impressive score of 75.

The prestigious NCHA/NCHA of Italy Maturity, held at CremonaFiere, opened with an exciting start as the first champions of the show were crowned.

🏆 In the $5,000 Novice Horse Maturity, Pietro Valeri claimed the championship aboard Lou Lou Land (High Brow CD x Cat Rey Lou), owned by Marco Salvatori, marking a strong win with a 74 score.

🏆 The spotlight then turned to the Open Maturity, where Gianluca Munarini delivered an impressive performance riding Smoking Spook (Spooks Smokin Cat x Sweet Huntress), owned by Willem Bembom. Their score of 74 secured the Open title.
The duo also took the win in the NCHA of Italy All Ages Open Jackpot.
