Like running a marathon, exclusive pumping can be really rewarding, and takes a lot commitment and effort. ⁣

⁣If your goal is to exclusively pump for longer than a few days, it's important to pace yourself, set up systems (for storing milk, getting your sessions in, washing bottles) and take care of yourself to make sure you don't get burned out. ⁣⁣
