The KOWA Anamorphic lenses are rare and popular because of their small and compact form factor. Ideal for handheld, Steadicam or drone camera work. They are low in contrast, warm in colour, and can be made to flare easily. The flare is warmer in colour rather than the standard blue anamorphic flare.

As for now all our lenses have PL mount.
PL is a lens mount developed by Arri for use with both 16 mm and 35 mm movie cameras. The PL stands for "positive lock".
A picture of a PL mount adapter on our vintage Angenieux 12-240mm zoom for 16mm camera format, originally a zoom with Arri bayonet mount. This adapter has only one pronged fl**ge which contains a notch to align the mount to a locating pin located approximately 45 degrees clockwise from the top of the camera's lens mount. Behind it a 180mm Uncoated Zeiss lens with four pronged fl**ges which each contain a notch towards its center.

זכוכית הינה אולי מוצר צריכה בסיסי אבל יש לה גם תוצרים אשר נעשים מתוך תכנון ועשייה קפדניים ביותר. מוזיאון המזגגה בנחשולים http://www.mizgaga.com/ מציג ממצאים ארכיאולוגיים יפייפיים מתקופות קדומות. הזכוכיות הראשונות נוצרו באזורנו וכאן גם התפתחה תעשייה ענפה של מוצרי זכוכית. לא, עדשות לצילום קולנוע וטלויזיה עדיין לא היו אז אבל כאן התחילה דרכם.
