My heart still breaks for many homeless and flood insured Sandy Victims. Four people like Gert Sofman are featured here in this report. You represented yourself and others very professionally.

Nevertheless, She did everything right (by having purchased flood insurance. However, she has had her world destroyed by our Government, not Superstorm Sandy. So many of us tried to advocate for these people and it's done nothing in Washington, DC to stop the fraud. Congressman Pallone's (NJ) reference to 99% settled is a government lie he's repeating. It's more like 99% insured gave up and walked away in NJ and NY. It's now four years later and she's still fighting her settlement given because they offered her pennies on a $250,000 policy to repair her home and business.

Our federal government sells the nation's homeowner's flood insurance at very high rates and then refuses to pay fair settlements after every disaster hits. They blame it on the private insurance companies who manage the program on their behalf. Her story is repeated by homeowers all over our country and everytime you hear of a flood.

Kindly, pay close attention friends. Why? Because the ACA/Obamacare medical insurance program is similiarly run and I assure you that it is headed in the same direction as the (NFIP) National Flood Insurance Program because they administer the program with the private insurance companies the same way. However, you won't be fighting for money to repair your home, it will be you or your family members life due to denied medical services.

The coorelation here is that by everyone supporting and fighting this NFIP program's rigged system set up to benefit the private insurance companies which earn billions in profits from our premiums collected as they manage the federal flood insurance program, it will lead to stopping the same abuse destined to occur in the ACA medical insurance program. Consider yourself warned
