He also emphasized the importance of getting a colonoscopy, especially for those aged 30 & above.

A few days ago, Victoria up-and-comer Switch dropped visuals for his latest single, “Hell.” The track is his fifth single of the year and follows “Triple Murder” (in collaboration with Sythe and Butta) which features a guest appearance by Emerg Da MC. The visual for the Sproot-produced “Hell” was directed by Sean Lyons and is available for viewing below. Fresh off the heels of Tony Yayo’s Canadian tour, Lloyd Banks is the latest member of the famed G-Unit squad to perform in Toronto. On this occasion, Banks is headlining the first day of the ultimate 4/20 (April 20) celebration, Icebox Cannabis Expo, going down at The Opera House (735 Queen Street East).

The first day of the Icebox Cannabis Expo will also feature an opening performance by Peter Jackson, who was also a special guest on Yayo’s Passport Boyz tour. back in February. Music will be provided by DJ Yonge Legend, and the event will be hosted by a legend in his own right, Travis “Organik” Fleetwood of KOTD and Ghost Drops.

Come chill at the coldest music and arts expo in Canada. Along with the performances, there’s going to be vendors, giveaways and meet and greet opportunities. If that wasn’t enough, Day 2 of the Icebox Cannabis Expo features the world famous Afroman as the headliner and more tunes courtesy of the Toronto’s own Yonge Legend. Since launching the Ottawa-based Cranium Arts Project back in 2019, the organization’s flagship event has become one of the most successful hip-hop festivals in Ontario.

The 3-day 2022 Cranium Festival kicks off on Thursday, Sept. 29 inside The Rainbow Bistro (76 Murray Street) with performances by Reeny Smith, Dominique Gorley, and Badda. DJ Velvet will be running the decks and Unaty has been tapped to host.

Day 2 and Day 3 of the festival will take place inside Ottawa’s Bronson Centre with even larger lineups featuring acts like A$AP Twelvyy, TwoTiime, Duvy, FTG Reggie, Jay Worthy, and plenty more talented acts.
