Happy Tuesday! Well, it has been a long time since I've posted anything, but that's set to change!
Perfect Prose Services is 10 years old this week! So look out for a revamp of my website and my services offering in coming weeks, too.
For now, I wanted to tell you of a useful article in this month's Writing Magazine - Plot Points (see front cover)
Particularly helpful for those just starting out, but actually also useful to those more seasoned writers who struggle with direction in their chapters or story structure.
I've been a subscriber to Writing Magazine for a few years now, to help with my own writing and publishing career. There's always something useful, so if you haven't picked up a copy yet, I can highly recommend it.

Right, it's that time, NaNoWriMo 2018 is almost upon us. I am busy plotting and sketching out characters and chapter plans ready for the first big write-in tomorrow. Unfortunately I didn't manage to finish my current book The Proposal by the end of the month, but when your kids are sick, what can you do. It will have to wait until December now. Several of my editing clients are also taking part so we will be cheering each other on and chivvying one another along.
So, November is all about the new book Just One Day. Anyone taking part in NaNo wishing to buddy me will find me on soozbuch on the NaNoWriMo site. Good luck everyone!
