The Rock gifts Zimbabwean Themba Gorimbo a house

The selfless story of UFC fighter Themba Gorimbo reached tremendous heights when the retired professional wrestler and actor gifted the inspirational athlete with a new house in Miami.
After only previously exchanging messages on Twitter, the 51-year-old Johnson shared the emotional surprise meeting.
In the viral video, Gorimbo reiterates that he was down to just $7 in his bank account prior to earning his first career victory at UFC Vegas 73 back in May. After his win over Takashi Sato, via decision, Gorimbo announced he would auction off his fight kit so he could build a water well back home in Zimbabwe.
"When I found out you had $7 in your bank account, I know what that’s like" the Rock said.
The inspirational story of a young UFC fighter with a tremendous heart moved the Rock to get involved.
“I wanted to look you in the eye and I wanted to tell you welcome home,” the Rock said.

Kenya Supreme Court orders re-run of presidential poll

Kenya’s Supreme Court on Friday declared the results of last month’s presidential poll “invalid, null and void” and ordered the election be re-run within 60 days.
“The presidential election held on August 8 was not conducted in accordance with the constitution,” said Chief Justice David Maraga, ruling in favour of the opposition which challenged the declaration of President Uhuru Kenyatta as the winner.
Maraga said this was a majority decision, with two judges dissenting.
The shock ruling was a rare example of a poll result being overturned, with Maraga saying the election commission (IEBC) “failed, neglected or refused to conduct the presidential election in a manner consistent with the dictates of the constitution”.
He validated opposition leader Raila Odinga’s argument that there had been “irregularities and illegalities”, notably in the transmission of election results.
Maraga said this had compromised the “integrity of the entire presidential election”.
