Once you discover purpose, one thing is sure, you schedule will be so tight, each day vanishes before you eyes like v***r, all of a sudden, 24hrs begins to seem like an hour in a day, from then on you real age stares before you and every other time, you always trying to catch up with the time you misused when you haven't found purpose, at that moment that's the drive that keeps you firing like you've not even started, that even when you body is weak sometimes, you don't really pay attention to it cos you eyes is on a mark.

Scene 1:

I say it anywhere,
No Production Assistant has worked under me in any Production I produced and directed that lasted more than 3days, I payed below N45,000, aside the tips I give them and thier rightful welfare. Neither have I owed any Production Assistant in any Production till date.
I still see it as peanuts though, but atleast I've set it as a basic, cos I don't understand how I will be negotiating to pay an actor between N500,000 even up to N3,000,000, yet be paying a PA that stays between 4days and 10days on a set N20,000 😫

So many s**t is going down with the Crew members in Nollywood cos most producers see these crew members as low lives and slaves,

I've chosen to start talking bout it, some will be displeased and some will appreciate it cos I'll tell ma own personal experiences too.
It's time to start bringing these inhumane order to light so that the darkness can be gone!!!
