I have called to verify for Gauteng people.. This is a National initiative. To qualify for food parcel, you must be unemployed and a household income of less than R3600.

If you can’t get through because the of high call volumes, please email them on [email protected]

Email your Name, ID Number, your address and contact details, they will respond

For other provinces they said you may call the national call centre on ‭(0800) 601-011‬... As I get more information for other provinces I will update..

On delivery of food parcel you will require your ID document.
