We can choose not to pray and pay the price of not praying. God did not give us an option to prayer. Jesus says ‘when’ you pray not ‘if’ you pray, he didn’t give us an option.

The Lord’s prayer ‘Our father who art in heaven’ is not for new testament believers. When Jesus made that statement God hath not lived inside anybody, therefore the new testament believer can confidently say, ‘My father who lives in me’. Children should not have the psychology of distance with their father; Our father who art in heaven creates the psychology of distance with God.

2. Thy kingdom come; As a believer you don’t say anymore ‘thy kingdom come’ because the kingdom is already in you. It is the unbelievers that are looking for deliverance, the believers are already delivered. Colossian 1: 13 says "who hath delivered us… "

God says ‘I will never leave thee’; he says ‘he will be with us always’; we don’t need to go to a specific place or mountain to pray, we can pray anywhere and God will answer us, because God is in us.

James 5: 13 – is there any among you afflicted? Let him pray… the Bible didn’t say complain or murmur. Is there anyone that is sick among you let him send for the elders of the church - the word elder refered to in the book of James chapter 5, refers to persons who know the scriptures and by reason of use have come to full maturity in the word; a 23 year old boy that is spirit filled can be an elder in the church.
