Join us in congratulating our columnist on her first place win in Women’s Physique Masters this past weekend 🎉👏

Posted • Today, I competed for the first time in California, and it was with a new federation—INBA/PNBA. In addition, I competed in the Women’s Physique category for the very first time. 😃. To say that I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience is an understatement! ❤️

Most of you have come to know how much I love the sport of bodybuilding. Well, after today’s event, I love this sport even more! Thank you and for making this event TRULY special! I am looking forward to my next INBA/PNBA competition in a few months. 😉

I must also thank Savanna () for the gorgeous makeup! I definitely left your chair feeling very pretty. 😍 Before I arrived at the venue I felt soooo good, and you and Bobbie played a huge part in my pre-competition confidence. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Of course, I will be eternally grateful to my coach, Gaby () who warned me ahead of time that since I chose to compete in Physique, she would be training me harder! 😳. I know, right!?!? 😂. I NEVER KNEW that my tiny 5’1” frame could do some of the things that Gaby has me doing. Sometimes after our training sessions (or even during the session) I ask myself, “Did you really just do that?” Gaby is TRULY an ELITE coach! I love you so much, Gaby! ❤️❤️❤️

When it comes to my competition attire, the amazing Allison Bennett ( ) is MY GO TO for my competition swimsuit. I, of course, always love what Allison creates. However, I can say wholeheartedly that EVERYONE LOVES what Allison creates! Thank you sooo much, Allison! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
