Viewpoint

I see a world full of Love and Inspiration
You point out all the Hate and Degradation
I Observe Creativity, New Vision and Hope
You see the Weak, the Dying, the Inability to Cope
I tell you of Children’s Dreams coming True
Your Rebuttal is a Story of Rue
I ask you to look Beyond the Dark and See the Light
You Moan and Complain of Man’s Sad Plight
I point to the Good, your show me the Bad
I tell you of Happiness, yet you’re still Sad
You want to Help, but Feel there’s Nothing You can do
And although All your Statements are Seemingly True
You may Not Believe me, but I can show you a Way
To Bring Joy to Your Life and Brighten Your Day
It has been said that ‘Heaven lies Within You”
So to Change your World just Change Your View!

I’m not sure what part of this excerpt gets me more upset, the fact that some snitch informed on the shelter for having a baby deer, or the fact that the government is so wasteful that bureaucrats went through the cost of arranging aerial surveillance. On a baby deer? And then killed it?

Just spent the day kayaking down weeki wachi river. We launched from The Kayak Shack.

The give you a ride to the top of the river and you end off back at Roger's park. Great time for the whole family.

We saw a baby manatee along the way.
