I've decided to post myself in and out of cosplay for World Mental Health Day today! First photo is 2019, second is today.

I've struggled with my poor mental health for a very long time. Depression, Anxiety, you know, the usual. I tried lots of things that are generally helpful like eating right and going for walks in the park but nothing really helped until I got actual help. I've been on medication since April 2020 and did 10 weeks of therapy for anxiety (CBT). Long story short I've improved a lot but it's still something I'm always working on.

This isn't advise just my experience. I feel like there is only room to touch briefly on things like this on a cosplay page but I think it's something worth talking about more often 😅

Motivation and creativity have been difficult the past few months. I'm going to focus on shooting cosplay (and making the occasional new cosplay) even if I have to shoot on my own. I really miss filming you guys at comic con! 😪

It's been a tough year mentally but D&D and Critical Role have helped a lot. I'm feeling like creating again and here is my punk version of Beauregard from Critical Role. I've been thinking about lots of concepts for Punk/Rock versions of characters and what their band names would be, so we'll see where that takes me 😅. Missing conventions and all of you a lot!

This time last year I had just started shooting this video! This is one of my favourites because I think the fun of shooting with you guys really came across in the video.
