Photo Ops is the solo project of singer-songwriter Terry Price, originally from Nashville and now based in Los Angeles. His music blends elements of dream pop and folk, characterized by a spacious, stripped-down sound inspired by the landscapes of the American West, Bob Dylan’s radio show, and a home-recorded, organic approach. His discography includes several well-received releases such as Vacation (2016), Pure at Heart (2020), Burns Bright (2023), and the Stand in the Shadows EP (2023).

Photo Ops’ most recent single is a cover of The Smiths' classic “The Boy With The Thorn In His Side”, originally released in 1985—now selected as our Track of the Week! His version stays true to his signature atmospheric style, offering a dreamy, folk-tinged interpretation that brings a fresh emotional depth to the original.

Stay tuned for a follow-up single, with Photo Ops taking on “River of Dreams”, originally penned by Billy Joel!
