It's no secret that we live in a man's world. In a sea of black blazers, a pastel pink suit makes the statement that femininity does not need to be sacrificed in favor of drab professionalism. From a looming sense of imposter syndrome to misogynistic pet names, A Magazine's editor in chief Catie Pusateri shares her experience as a woman in a leadership position in her love letter to all the Elle Woods' of the world.

"My personal expression of femininity can coexist with my role as a leader because my pink pumps do not stop me from running this magazine," she writes.
