Got beat up without cause!
He already acknowledged who we were before this and still demanded we leave. We demanded a badge number and his supervisor as we felt that the driver was in possible danger as we knew this depute. He proved we were right when he slammed my head twice on the side of the Sheriffs car without cause. I went peacefully and he still slammed my head and pulled his billy-club. If not for the first officer saying No! No! He would have hit me.
At like 6:09 you can see I go peacefully into "Detainment" and they had no reason for the second officer to slam my head. At 6:50 you can see me being searched and willing to be detained without a fuss. Watch at 7:55 they both start ruffing me up without cause. They were getting mad because Jessica and Greg were yelling case-law and our rights. So they slammed my head which had already been hurt by SLT PD beating me up at State-line.
My only crime was asking for a supervisor and Badge number as we filmed. They made contact with me. I filmed for a while on my phone with zero contact other than who are you? I said Cop Watchers. He SAID HE KNEW WHO WE WERE! This was an assault on our right to film and me personally. 30 days later they filed obstructing charges on Jessica for filming as well.
