I called the Florida Bar Association to see if someone would listen and was told they could only recommend lawyers for hiring. They directed me to call the ACAP. Which, would sound helpful from the website description 👇

"The Florida Bar operates the Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP) for consumers who have questions or concerns about a lawyer's conduct and who are open to resolving their concerns without filing a disciplinary complaint."

On the phone, this is not how they said they did things. I didn't even get to say why I was calling. I didn't get the chance to ask someone for help. I wasn't heard.

I am absolutely heartbroken and furious.

Welcome to my page! I created this page to share my story for anyone who has endured family court.

I'm a mom of two boys and have been fighting for custody for about 3 years now. In 2021, I left a toxic relationship with my children and inadvertently when my ex visited he was able to take them away from me and file for custody. I have gone through 2 law firms, 4 lawyers, and tens of thousands of dollars in trying to get my children back.

I have been improving my life and my mental health with the time I've been giving.

All this, I want to share so that hopefully, someone out there will hear my story and not feel alone. My goal is to give hope to someone else and to get custody of my children.
