It all started when I came back from Canada in 2000, I had lost my mother while I was in abroad, few years later I lost my father too. I had no job, and young talented artist are always with me day and night, we do not understand how God is doing it but we are living better. People started calling us Omojoba “Government Pikin” because they thought we are jobless, they never know that talents are b
ond in us. As they continue making mockery of us, we adopted Omojoba as the most appropriate among the numerous names tagged us, and more so must of us are orphans. Now we are professionals at what we do, like what King Solomon said in the book of proverb, “wisdom is the principal of all things, in all you do get wisdom”. King Solomon also said in the book of Ecclesiastes that “wisdom is even better when you have money”. The question is how to get money. It has been our passion to support children in the orphanage home. We are founded to help those who are less privileged, we started from the ghetto, we know the pains and struggle it takes to make meaningful life, so there are more lives which need you and I to make their life worthwhile. PLANS AND GOALS OF THE FOUNDATION
In a bid to raise funds for our project. The organization has come up with a plan for raising funds. Knowing fully well that this is not just a duty for a few Nigerians like you and I. We plan to put up a charity concert for our already existing project and many more. This fund raising concert will have in attendance prominent artist in Nigeria at a specified location and time and the gate fee will be channel towards this project. We also intend to have in our midst prominent politicians and philanthropists in the society. Like they say, charity begins at home, since this foundation is located in Mushin/Odi-Olowo Local Government we plan to have this particular concert in Mushin/Odi-Olowo Local Government environment. We are already seeking the support of local government chairman and party executives in the local government but the result has not been encouraging.
