Part 2 was finding training partners whose momentum was already going and piggy back on their momentum to get mine going.
In comes motivated to learn and train hard, he pushed for 2 hard team sessions a week. The result is I know find myself training twice as frequent and hard! If anyone needs a personal trainer in the north east of , contact Joan from 💪🏼👊🏼

Change your environment and your habits will change with it.
After having my first child I went from training 7-10 times to just 1-2 times per week. I figured I would go back to my usual routine in just a few months but I didn’t! Priorities shifted and all of sudden it was over a year and the classic was setting in. Where I always found an excuse to train I now found excuses not to. I tried various times to ignite the flame again through shear will power but I soon found out that will power alone will only get you so far. (I’m sure could explain this better than I ever could)
I decided enough was enough and proceeded in changing my environment. The goal was to make it as easy as possible to train. First step was building a home gym ( for ideas) @ Costitx, Islas Baleares, Spain

What a great time to be alive!
This statement could feel counterintuitive, especially at this moment! But it is a statement about the overall state of things and not what has been happening in the last few weeks.
It does not try to diminish the adversity some have to go through at the moment but it is to celebrate how far we have come as a species!
I’m not blind to the many things that need to be improved in the world today but I’m in awe of what has been achieved since we humans started our journey.
We were never the strongest animal, nor were we the fastest on the plain yet somehow we’ve managed to get to where we are today!
I’m excited to see how far we’ll go in my lifetime and what great things the next generations will embark on.
