Pakistan has signed a new order for an undisclosed number of additional AgustaWestland AW139 intermediate twin engine helicopters. The aircraft will be used to perform utility, SAR (Search and Rescue) and EMS (Emergency Medical Service) operations across the nation. Deliveries are expected to start in early 2018.

The contract is a further step towards the completion of fleet renewal programmes spread over several batches plus logistic support and training. A fast growing fleet of AW139s is already in service in Pakistan, with several units operated by the Pakistan Government for relief and transport duties. The AW139 is the perfect fit to Pakistan’s operational environment, delivering outstanding capabilities and hot&high performance unmatched by any other existing helicopter type in the same class.

سہون میں دھماکا ہوا۔۔
ہم سب کو لگا کہ یہ سانحہ درگاہ قلندر ہے
مگر جلد ہی سب کی یہ غلط فہمی دور ہوگئی
یہ سانحہ درگاہ قلندر نہیں تھا بلکہ یہ سانحہ اسپتال تھا
داعش نے دھماکا کرکے گویا سندھ حکومت کی پول کھول دی تھی اور اس سلسلے میں ہم سب کو ابوبکرالبغدادی کا مشکور ہونا چاہیے
بتایا گیا کہ سہون میں کوئی اسپتال نہیں ہے، پہلا اسپتال 120 کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر ہے
پھر بتایا گیا کہ سہون میں کوئی ایمبولینس نہیں ہے
ایک اطلاع یہ بھی آئی کہ دھماکے کی رات کو ہی سہون کا ٹراما سینٹر کھولا گیا
بس یہ اطلاعات آنا تھیں اور جناب کیسا دھماکا اور کہاں کے دہشت گرد
سندھ حکومت کی وہ درگت بنائی گئی کہ دھماکا کرنے والے کہیں گم سے ہوگئے
بہرحال، ایک صورت حال یہ بھی سامنے آئی کہ دنیا میں اسپتال آبادی کے حساب سے بنتے ہیں
دہشت گردی کے حساب سے نہیں
درگاہ سے آدھا کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر ایک تعلقہ اسپتال اور ٹراما سینٹر تھا
جہاں 210 زخمیوں کا علاج ہوا جن میں سے 76 جاں بحق ہوگئے، اب تک شہید ہونے والوں کی تعداد 88 ہے
ابتدائی طبی امداد دینے کے بعد کراچی میں چودہ زخمیوں کو منتقل کیا گیا، حیدرآباد میں 23 زخمی آئے جن میں سے صرف 12 کو داخل کرکے باقی کو طبی امداد کے بعد گھر بھیج دیا گیا
سہون تعلقہ اسپتال میں آٹھ ایمبولینسیں تھیں، ہلال احمر سوسائٹی کی ایمبولینسیں بھی تھیں، یہ ایمبولینسیں کم تھیں تو درگاہ والی روڈ پر ایک رکشہ سروس چلتی ہے، اس میں زخمیوں کو تعلقہ اسپتال منتقل کردیا گیا، سہون جیسے ایک لاکھ آبادی والے ایسے شہر میں جو کراچی کے ایک محلے کے برابر ہے، 250 زخمیوں کے لیے 250 ایمبولینسیں شاید ممکن نہ ہوں، اتنی سہون سے کئی گنا بڑے شہروں میں نہیں ہوتیں
سہون کے اطراف کئی بڑے اسپتال ہیں جیسے بھان سعید آباد جو 54 کلومیٹر دور ہے، دادو اور نواب شاہ جو تقریبا 50 کلومیٹر دور ہے، جامشورو جو 140 کلومیٹر دور ہے
اسی طرح پانچ پانچ کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر مختلف علاقوں میں چھوٹی ڈسپنسریاں بھی ہیں
دھماکے کی صرف دوگھنٹوں میں جائے وقوعہ سے تمام مریض اسپتال اور اسپتال سےدیگر شہروں میں منتقل ہوچکے تھے
اہلیان سہون گھروں سے نکل آئے، خون دیا ، امداد کی
پیپلزپارٹی نے دونوں ہاتھوں سے ملک کو لوٹا، یہ بات درست ہوسکتی ہے
بھٹو نے ملک توڑا ۔۔ یہ بھی سولہ آنے درست ہوسکتا ہے
اٹھارہ کروڑ پاکستانیوں کی زندگیوں کا ہر مسئلہ سندھ حکومت کی وجہ سے ہے۔۔ یہ بات بھی حق پر مبنی ہوسکتی ہے
مگر پیپلزپارٹی دھماکا کرنے والی داعش سے زیادہ قابل مذمت نہیں ہوسکتی
سہون میں ہونے والے سانحے کو سانحہ درگاہ قلندر ہی رہنے دیں
سانحہ اسپتال بنا کر دہشت گردوں کے سہولت کار بننے میں اگر کوئی حرج نہیں لگتا تو بن جائیں بھئی
ہم کون ہوتے ہیں روکنے والے

Hina Shahnawaz, a young woman of 27, from Kohaat an m.phil degree holder, the only bread winner of her family was shot dead on the eve of February 6th. She took 4 bullets in her heart and the real agony was that the gun-holder was not a stranger behind the mask but it was her very own paternal brother who was so emasculated by her ability to sustain her family that he could not bear her existence that he had to murder his own blood.
A few years ago, Hina started a job as her father was fighting with cancer and being the only well-read member of the family she took the responsibility. Her father died and after few month, her brother was murdered in a petty fight. His widow and two children now became her responsibility. After the death of her sister's husband, she and her son also became dependent on Hina. After the death of her mother, she was burdened with the debt so she decided to sell some of the property. The appeal for the custody of her nephew was also one of her worries. She was not fighting with one but she was fighting in an arena.

She was not just the pride of her family but she will always be the pride of all the nation.

Lets stand together for the blood of the innocent, as it is the greatest burden of all. Say no to non-religious customs of feudal societies and stand for the rights of women.
